Technical business analysts study and redesign computer systems, applications, and processes in order to provide expert analysis on business systems and applications. Technical business analysts study computer hardware and software to identify problems and create new programs. This position reports to a project manager or director and works daytime hours in an office environment. Technical business analysts must have both computer programming skills and business knowledge in order to perform well in this career.
