The Sportsman’s Arms is a brand-new gastropub located in the grounds of Abu Dhabi’s Zayed Sports City. The American-Irish concept spreads across a 6,000 square metre indoor and outdoor site on the first floor of the International Tennis Stadium. Open from 12PM till late, the kitchen serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a family-friendly brunch on Fridays. Offering refined pub cuisine with an Irish touch teamed with an informal bar and lounge setting, this eatery in the capital is the perfect spot for lunch with the family, after-work drinks, watching international sporting events with friends, and an all-round good night out. There are two open terraces in addition to its indoor dining booths and tables, perfect for alfresco dining. The Jack Daniel’s Terrace overlooks the tennis courts and a kids’ playground. The other terrace is perfect for families, and will offer the first decent soft play area in a bar and lounge venue in Abu Dhabi.
