The Veterinary Surgery

I took my parrot to the Doha vet surgery yesterday night to give him the proper treatment which they did and i was suplosed to give him a second shot of injection the next day. Instead of leaving him alone with no one to look after him, i decided to take him to the vet and keep him there since i trusted they will take good care of him. They did not allow me to leave him and go to work unless another doctor saw him. This vet was extremely unprofessional and claimed that the first doctor gave him the wrong medication. Therefore she tried to charge me 1900QAR for another treatment and said that he had 30% chance to live. She did not even consult the 1st vet and check exactly what is my parrot's situation before prescribing the medication. His heart couldn't take the strength of the medication the second doctor gave him and died. I asked to speak with the manager yet they refused. If they don't have anything to hide why wouldn't they allow me to speak with the manager!!! The hospitalization charges changed from one day to another. First it was 305QAR and now it is 800QAR. Even the manager was aware about my case before he arrives to the vet yet he did not make any effort to come earlier and resolve my issue. We are not talking about a broken television, it is a soul!! It is a being that breathes and eats. I can not bring him back from the dead or buy another to compensate. If i knew this would be the result, i would have kept him home probably he would be alive now!!! I waited for the manager 2 hours to arrive at least to investigate or apologize or refund the 1050 QAR they took 5 hours earlier to take care of my parrot but they just left him under the heat and oxygen in a box to die alone … they did not monitor his temperature or try to feed him they left him to die alone there from the injection that was given too early and prior 24 hrs
